• 9:30 AM – Visit Merkato, the largest open-air market in Africa, to explore the spice, grain, and coffee sections. Learn about key ingredients in Ethiopian cooking.
• 10:30 AM – Stop at a local injera bakery to see how Ethiopia’s staple flatbread is made from teff. Enjoy a tasting of fresh injera with different stews.
• 11:30 AM – Visit a family-run restaurant to try local breakfast dishes like "chechebsa" (pan-fried flatbread with honey and butter) and "ful" (Ethiopian-style fava bean stew).

Afternoon Session

• 1:00 PM – Lunch at a traditional restaurant, where you will enjoy an authentic Ethiopian meal. Dishes include doro wat (spicy chicken stew), tibs (sautéed meat), and a variety of vegetarian options.
• 2:30 PM – Participate in a hands-on Ethiopian cooking class to learn how to prepare classic dishes like shiro wot and kitfo.

Evening Session

• 4:00 PM – Visit a cultural coffee house for a traditional Ethiopian coffee ceremony, experiencing the full roasting, brewing, and serving process.
